Needs Analysis

The Intellectual Output 3 will aim to develop surveys tailored healthcare workers. This target group is quite heterogeneous and includes health professionals (doctors, nurses), allied health workers (physiotherapists, occupational therapists) and support staff (nurse assistant, ward clerks). The first objective is to understand the main profiles, needs and technology (non-) use and digital skills of this target group, also of those who will be approached only by the means of the survey. This is expected to enhance inclusiveness of the final VET package. The second objective is to develop a recommendations on how to approach and offer an inclusive VET package via digital technologies to these categories of healthcare workers. The third objective is to understand healthcare policies for supporting and training employed professionals and collect good practices in project countries. This work will be functional and preparatory to the realization of the other outputs.
